Review titled Gives general practice a bad name

I put my registration in 2 weeks ago, for one took forever for staff to come to out to reception, second when came out they weren’t dressed professionally at all! Thirdly the two times Ive called in the afternoon so not at peak times have taken well over 10 minutes to be answered! Fourthly 2 weeks and I’m still not registered, told them to cancel it! I myself work in a surgery and know it doesn’t take that long and given the excuse we’ve had months of sickness within the staff so short staffed! That’s not professional to tell a patient and doesn’t exactly make me feel like I would want to join there!

Was told by chemist I needed blood test , went to get appointment but was told had to wait for a letter, received letter few days later, booked appointment, why I could not book first time at practice seems pointless,

I’ve just received my blood pressure and had blood tests taken by the nurse. Just want to thank her for her excellent Customer Service and putting me at ease

Today went to surgery to explain to receptionist, my father whom had just come home from having a full knee replacement needed to see nurse to have dressing and staples removed ( also had letter from hospital with date this should be done ) to be told no appointments available I will try get appointment in one of our other surgeries we will ring back later .No phone call absolutely disgusting.

Have been waiting for them to send a GP report for us to get life insurance since 10/5/2022. Insurance company have sent 7 requests for this report which also includes a payment. Me and my wife have chased this ourselves over 10 times and have left several voicemails with no response. I am now un-insured and my family are at risk
