It is very upsetting, disappointing (and dangerous) that you are unable to book an appointment for a set time. If you work full time and are unable to answer the phone at any point of the day, it is very upsetting that you are unable to access and appointment and help. I have asked several times if a telephone appointment can be made for a set time as I work full time in an office environment and have many client meetings a day. Unfortunately, the practice have not been forthcoming and I have not been able to access help. Please can I be contacted. Thank you.

Very friendly and caring staff few minutes waiting before my name was called. I highly recommend Yardley Wood Health Centre for it’s professional caring services. The Pharmacy is next door.

Booking system is simple. I’ve never had trouble getting an appointment. Doctors are quick to see you in person if needed. Receptionists were very helpful when a recent appointment was cancelled and I couldn’t make the appointments they offered, they quickly found an alternative time.

Dr was very helpful and informative. He settled my mind and I appreciate his kind empathy. I would recommend the practice to friends and family. Being able to get a appointment on a Saturday is helpful too.

Expected to see a doctor, and was seen by a paramedic, was disappointed as l felt he didn’t really fully understand my problem , really wanted to discuss with doctor.

Dear Anna Thank you for taking the time to review your experience; I am sorry you felt disappointed with your experience; each and every request that comes into the practice for a medical appointment is screened and 'triaged' by a GP who determines who best to deal with the medical issue presented. In this case, it seems the GP felt one of our paramedics would have been best placed to help you - if this hasn't been the case, please do not hesitate to re-connect with us and request another appointment with a different clinician. The nurse welcome me and asked how I was. I love the nursing staff I had my flu jab and straight out keeping to the appointment time. Very pleased.

We were booked for our flu jab. All was on time, everything explained and the jab done with care and the horse was very pleasant. No complaints at all. In face our recent interaction with the practise has been God. They are helpful and pleasant. When I hear of othe people experiences with other practises I'm glad we are with Yardley Wood.

Managed to get a same day appointment for my toddler with the online form. Doctor was fantastic. Explained things clearly and was brilliant with my son in keeping him happy and getting him to cooperate with the examination. Very happy.
