This doctor has the knowledge and the experience to understand the patient worries and troubles regarding their health, he is so so patient and passionate about the right treatments for said patient. He is an outstanding example of how a doctor should treat and handle one’s patients, we know that this surgery is an absolute fantastic place for us as patients, thank you so so much for my treatment and most of understanding my issues, thank you from all of my family, please be safe everyone

We have always had postive experiences with the staff here. Our appointment yesterday was no different. Staff behind the desk were warm and professional, and the doctor who saw us was thorough and had a very kind bedside manner. Also getting the appointment was easy and quick.

My appointment was cancelled 5 times due to sick staff. I need someone to see me about my diabetes and it seems you don't have enough staff but more patients I have been at the surgery over 33 years and not had problems but since covid more patients are taken on and less doctors and nurses I my self have not seen our own GP for the last 5 years no appointment is always said to me sort something out.

Dear Veena I am sorry to hear about your recent experience; unfortunately we have experienced a horrible virus spread through the practice team which has resulted in staff sickness - this is not something we can control. Please be assured this is not a reflection on the staffing of the practice; or the number of patients we have registered. I am slightly confused about your comments regarding the medical appointments - we receive uncapped requests from patients from 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 4pm which means no patient is turned away. In response to patient demand and preference, we have also recruited additional GP's to support our patient needs and a diabetic specialist, who I hope you will see soon. I have had 2 experiences with the surgery recently. One was a face to face appt with a GP and one was simply asking for a prescription to be amended and resubmitted to the pharmacy. The face to face was unhurried and time taken to really understand the problem. The prescription request was dealt with in a matter of minutes. Excellent service on both counts

I was told I would be looked after having a stroke chest infection pneumonia but nothing no one seems to care anymore

I saw a lovely doctor who was very kind and patient, to help sort out a medical issue. He listened to what I had to say, asked some questions to sort out the issue, and he made me feel a whole lot better.

I have nothing but high praise for the doctor I have seen. I've had to come regularly due to mh issues, but the doctor I see he is so kind, and considerate to me and listens to me. He puts me at ease, as I'm always so anxious when visiting the doctors. He's been helping me out so much, I can't ever thank him enough. He always checks I've understood what we have discussed, and know what's going to happen going forward. I hope he won't be leaving anytime soon, as we need good doctors like him. Thank you so very much.
