    Was seen for a number of issues, all dealt with professionally. Was seen on time (was even early). Would prefer a better way of making ab appointment rather than waiting direct until the practice opens at 08:00. I've never had success with the phone.

    Dear Philip Thank you for leaving feedback to the Practice. We are delighted to hear that you have been dealt with professionally for a number of issues, and you have left the Practice happy with the care that you have received. We fully understand your frustrations with regards to booking an appointment. We are currently looking at way to improve telephone access for booking appointments. In the meantime, we do offer appointments available online, if you have online access set up (if you do not, please pop into the Practice with photographic ID and we would be happy to initiate this). We also offer eConsult, which is available via our website and review directly with a clinician. As we make further improvements to our booking system, we will share this with our patients.     Over the last 24 hours both myself and my daughter needed to be seen. On both accounts I was able to get an appointment through the app and the Dr was excellent with my daughter and went above and beyond with me, taking time to listen and discuss next steps.

    The gentlemen who seen me was great. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail in a way that I understood. He put me at ease straight away and was caring and compassionate. I left feeling like he truly cared about my well being, he listened carefully to everything I said and offered advice and assistance, which has given me hope. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. He is a credit to the team and the surgery. Thankyou. Also the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

    The system is all wrong and doesn’t work. You can’t attempt to make appointments unless you ring at 8. When you ring at 8 the phone line is full. If you eventually get through you get told all the appointments have gone. Took a week to get an appointment. I was prescribed antibiotics for 5 days and felt remarkably better however after 3 days after the dose had ran its course the symptoms were back. Called in to see if it could be repeated as it seemed a waste of time to make another appointment when we know what’s wrong to be told no you need another appointment. Back to square one

    Dear patient Thank you for taking your time to leave your feedback. I am sorry to hear your recent experience has not met your standards. Unfortunately, as we approach winter pressures, the current demand for appointments is outweighing our current capacity. Our appointments are released at a variety of times throughout the days and for a differing number of days in advance. The Practice does have appointments available to book online, if you have the means to do this. If not, please call into the Practice with some photographic identification and we can set this facility up for you. We do also offer an eConsult service, which is available via the website. This gives the patient the opportunity to provide some simple details in response to some appropriate questions, for the GP to review and decide on the next course of action. Please be mindful however, to ensure the safety of our patients and our staff, eConsults are capped to a safe level in a similar way to our appointments. Whilst I appreciate your frustration at not being able to obtain a further course of antibiotics at your request, the Practice needs to ensure patient safety and ensure clinical symptoms require further antibiotics. This would therefore require a further telephone call or face-to-face appointment with a clinician. I would like to thank you again for feeding your frustrations back.     Rang at 8.00 am and had an appointment for 9.30, the Advanced Care Practitioner was very helpful and supportive, put me at ease, also provided a phone follow up which was reassuring that I could have that contact a few days into my treatment. A great experience

    I went to see the staff from here for an appointment and he was very professional and gave great advice and service to me. I am not so keen on seeing new doctors usually as I suffer from anxiety however he made me feel at ease and comfortable talking to him.

    I seen doctor lee chester with a chest infection and felt pretty rubbish straight away I felt at ease after speaking with mr chester then he also mentioned he would call me Friday to check I was improving 😊 and he did . At a time when the NHS is really stretched its nice to think there is people like Mr chester going yer extra mile . Thank you

    Whilst requesting a fit note for personal problems at home, the nurse practitioner went above and beyond in offering support, a shoulder to cry on (literally) and helpful advice. Demonstrating compassion for when it was needed the most. A credit to the nursing profession and the nhs.
