This practice has restored my faith in the NHS/ GP process especially after Covid. I transferred from another practice 2 years ago after moving house. I won't mention the practice but the service was dismal, terrible. Yaxley is so different. It is run efficiently, the staff and I mean all staff are professional, helpful, caring, they listen to you and treat you like a human being not a number. I always get an appointment, have been seen by different members of staff from doctors,nurses, HCA's I can't fault any of them Today I was given my regular B12 injection and they always remind me too as I can get a little forgetful when it's due! Just part of the service! Thank you so much.

Had a blood test today, appointment on time and questions answered. Nurse very friendly. Reception staff were very helpful in booking my appointment.

I have been diagnosed with a heart condition, I have had multiple appointments in the last few months, recently I had a referral done from the practice and it was chased up as an emergency so I am very appreciative of the care and support truly appreciate the care and support I have received and continue to receive from the very best team of healthcare professionals,administrators and reception staff, I could never thank them all enough

On two occasions this year I have had very positive experiences at Yaxley Lakeside. Each time I have been able to make appointments very quickly and been referred for further testing with no delays whatever. In- person consultations with doctors have been thorough with no sense of being rushed. The results of tests have been communicated promptly by doctors giving me all the information and further advice I need

Over the last month both my husband and I have needed to see a Dr and have also needed blood tests. All the appointments have been on time, had our issues dealt with promptly with care and compassion.

My doctor is always there for me, has time, patience and has helped me through very hard times. Recently I have been dealing with my asthma nurse. I have a lot of health and other problems in life at the moment, and when ringing me to review how i.m managing my breathing, she listened to me and worked out that I would benefit from talking to someone. She sent me the link to talking therapy, who have helped me so much. This was the first time I realized I needed help. Thanks to her, I am now waiting for counciling. Although we have only spoken on the phone, her caring manner, time and understanding,have given me the help I so desperately needed but didn't know how to get. I feel she is my friend, who has said I can ring her any time I need to. She really has gone the extra mile for me, and for the first time in a long time, she has given me the strength and belief I can get through this. She really is one in a million.
