I have few times bad experience about my prescription, GP forgot to send to pharmacy or ignore my paper prescription. Last time when I been in GP in end of April, the lady from reception didn't take the paper from me only pass me the email when I spose to ask for my prescription. till today I don't receive and confirmation about this, when i been ask in pharmacy, they told me that they no receive my prescription from my GP. I'm tired of the new ideas of the lady at the counter. I just want my prescription sent to the pharmacy like it was before.

This isn't the first time I've been treated this way. I came in with pus on my swollen finger and in terrible pain I waited an hour to be told that I wouldn't be admitted because I hadn't checked in, and an hour earlier I was told by another person at the reception desk, please sit down, there will be an appointment in 20 minutes. I come home with terrible pain and no help. Highly not recommended
