I am extremely disappointed with the service at this GP practice. After having a blood test in November and receiving the results, I was immediately asked to book another appointment for the exact same test-Non fasting blood test. This isn’t the first time this has happened—other members of my family have faced similar unnecessary requests. When I tried to escalate the issue, it became evident that the practice simply doesn’t care about its patients. They are dismissive and unwilling to listen to concerns. The staff is also incredibly rude, making an already frustrating experience even worse. This lack of organization and respect for patients’ time and well-being is unacceptable. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Had to have urgent blood test here, I’m not even a registered Patient but the service was Fantastic! In and out in 5 mins x well impressed

Always a positive experience with this practice. Doctors are nice and the reception/Admin staff are lovely! Very helpful and call back when they say they will. Never had a negative experience here and I've been with this practice for years. keep up the good work team!

I’d like to say that I had the best experience today when having my smear test. Always an anxious time, the nurse was calm, friendly,professional and so gentle. She talked me through every step and couldn’t have done anything more. Would definitely recommend !!

I just wanted to say how lovely the new nurse is at yiewsley family practice. She was so lovely, chatty and kind during my first ear syringe experience, I suffer from anxiety and she could tell I was anxious. She slowed everything down and really took the time not to rush me, she had me giggling by the end of the appointment. She's my go to from now on. She really us the sweetest nurse I've ever met. Thank you yfp for hiring her.

I always feel anxious when undergoing a smear test, but the moment I opened the door to the office of the new Nurse, I was immediately met with a beaming smile. The new Nurse was very polite, chatty and very reassuring. As a result I became calm and less anxious. The new Nurse was very professional, explained the process when carrying out the steps to my smear and advised when I would receive my results. The new Nurse has a wonderfully kind and caring personality and is an asset to your team.

I had surgery and needed to get the dressing changed and wound cleaned and packed daily. The nurses and receptionists really helped in making sure i had daily appointments at the gp or a hub at the weekends. Amazing nurses, kept me up to date on the condition of the wound and healing progress, friendly and informative appointments.
