Today waited no longer than 15 minutes for ambulance for my lovely wife. Very efficient and so caring as always. The paramedics were marvellous. I know the ambulance service gets many complaints and thought it was about time a good review was needed to keep their moral up. Keep up the great work you do and never lose your fantastic sense of humour. We would all be lost without all of you. Please send all my regards to both paramedics.

Review titled Took my elderly mother to her hospital appointment

My mum was treated with care by the lovely person who took her and picked her up from her appointment at Aintree hospital today 08/02/23. Nothing was too much trouble and she really cheered my mum up after having abit of a bad day. I just want to say thank you for what you do, your doing an amazing job and I hope you all get your pay rises, definitely deserve it!

I run a local shop, tonight when serving a gentleman he had a seizure and hit his head heavy when falling. a member of the public who was also in the shop telephoned for an ambulance whilst he was fitting. The rapid response vehicle was here within 3 minutes of being called. and the ambulance was here within 7 minutes. the patient was checked over and taken to hospital. All in all a brilliant service. The paramedic in the rapid response also had a good sense of humour which is rare these days.

When my little girl two years old took poorly suddenly on the 29/12. The crews that attended could of been a more greater help and support to me as a mum and to my girl. They arrived so quickly and helped in every way they could, amazing service all round care, emotional support and emergency medical care. The two lady paramedics that continued on with the care and took us to the hospital we’re so calming and happy people that is absolutely needed in a stressful situation like it felt like for me. Over all they all kept my little girl safe and healthy as well as keeping me as stress free as possible. The reassurance and compassion was remarkable. Thank you again and to all our North West Ambulance Service team you’re amazing.

On Wednesday 7th December2022 I suffered A heart attack whilst driving on The Wirral.The ambulance was called & arrived within 15 minutes.The crew swiftly diagnosed me& took me straight to Broad Green Hospital in Liverpool.I had 2 stents inserted & am making a steady recovery.I owe my life to the ambulance crew.Their expertise & care were exemplary.Thankyou so much.

When my beloved mother had sadly Passed Away on Christmas Eve, the 2 Ambulance crew were just so caring, friendly and showcased compassion. They gave me full support and time to spend with my mother, whilse she was passing peacefully. As soon as I reported the emergency services, about my mothers decline, they came less than in 5 minutes. The Blackburn Emergency Ambulance Crew and Transport service are just incredible, and are always dedicated to their work. I just want to say Thank you.

First time of using this service which has been found to be outstanding. Yes there was a delay in attending. However when the team attended there was compassion and excellent care provided. Please can I say thank you

Phoned for a ambulance as it was thought my wife had septis the ambulance arrived within 5-10 minutes arrived at Blackpool Victoria seen and treated within an hour I would just like to say what wonderful service Thankyou

I had 2 ladies attend my house for an asthma attack on 29/11/22 had and they were so attentive and caring. One of the ladies was Irish and the other from Liverpool and honestly the best service Iv ever received from an ambulance. Knew exactly what they were doing and nothing was too much. They ensured I was warm comfortable and gave me all the care right up until I was admitted into the hospital. Cannot big these 2 girls up enough. Amazing 2 women, a credit to the north west ambulance service.

We were involved in a car accident on 26/10 In Leyland and were attended by a female crew who were absolutely fantastic and caring and reassuring we couldn't have had better care for myself and husband thankyou so much They took us to Preston hospital and we can't thank them enough
