An amazing doctor in SDEC who listened and explained everything and an angel of a nurse who made a very frightened woman feel safe and cared about. My ambulance drivers were awesome too.

2 paramedics from Toxteth visited our 86 yr old mother in Irby yesterday as she was struggling to breath. They were both professional, reassuring and had a lovely sense of humour. You could see they were stretched and tired but still did an amazing job. How lucky are we to be able to call on these people …

After breaking my ankle at the weekend, I needed an ambulance to get me to the hospital. The paramedics were amazing, with me and really good at explaining what was happening, especially as we were diverted to a different hospital on the journey in. I really feel for the paramedics as they are overrun, but a huge thank you for all that you do, it really is appreciated
