Dad who is 96 and frail was taken in to RSH after a fall ,28,12,24 no body seemed know anything about dad what was going on ect , at any time of asking ,didnt get any better at bnch ( bridgenorth community hospital, they never tried to get or keep him walking but sent him home telling lies to the care firm and i think to social care saying he can walk with a frame he before he went in hospital he coukd do 9 to 10 steps but after lying in a bed for 3 weeks with tge ocasional sit in a chair he cant srand ir walk at all so was sent home the care staff say he should have two members of staff to move hime not one , now having great trouble with social services and his care needs , i belive the cause of this is what the hospital sraff have said , this is only the high lights i have pages of notes since he went in , thank you

I attended with a painful toe and was seen relatively quickly in the minor injuries clinic. The staff nurse was friendly and empathetic and gave me excellent advice and reassurance. I left feeling like I’d been treated with kindness from the moment I arrived at the reception desk. Thank you so much.
