picked up my father for his xray appointment at West midlands hospital. They were fantastic. Caring, explained everything they were doing and good sense of humour. Well done guys

My 86 year old mum required an ambulance and we were very lucky to have two very professional and caring paramedics who treated her with respect and dignity and were extremely thorough but understanding and gentle with her making the experience far less stressful for her

Can’t thank the ambulance crew truck no 4117 Willenhall They so lovely with my 91 year old mom they were so professional and caring they even had a sense of humour which made mom smile they put us at ease straight away they are worth their weight in gold Thank you ladies

I was doing split squats in the gym... I lost my balance and glided to the floor sideways, like in Only Fools and Horses! I broke my hip. The ambulance crew very carefully got me onto stretcher. They drove steadily to Heartlands Hospital. Gave me gas and air to help relieve the pain! They were so kind. Thank you, guys.

Amazing service received today transporting my mom to and from Sandwell hospital. Two amazing crew’s who were both very caring and reassuring my mom throughout both journeys.

We called 999 had a rapid response and the ambulance arrived within minutes, lovely crew, through assessment, my daughter was taken to the Royal Stoke for further treatment

Can not thank the ambulance crew enough ! We had a student paramedic, a male and a female paramedic. These guys deserve a gold medal they were absolutely amazing with my dad from start to finish to make sure he needed the right care. Thank you so much guys there should 100% be more people like you in this world & always remember your absolutely amazing at your jobs

A group of us from our Women's Institute group were gathering this morning to celebrate one of our member's 96th birthday when, very sadly, she fell and was obviously in a lot of discomfort. An ambulance was called and No.4913 arrived within the hour at about 12.45. We were all so grateful for the manner in which they cared for our friend. They were so patient, understanding and very gentle in dealing with her. She was obviously quite frightened and in pain, but they put her at her ease and reassured her. She could not have had better treatment. Unfortunately, she had to go to Worcester Hospital, but we knew she was in good hands and would be well cared for until she was admitted. Thank you to both the lovely crew members.

The student paramedic who attended with two fully qualified paramedics has a fabulous bedside manner, was very knowledgeable and professional. The two paramedics with him were very encouraging and informative - they came across as wonderful mentors. All three of them eased our anxiety and were very thorough in their investigation. I was also very impressed that they were reluctant to tread on my pale grey rug in case they dirtied it! All three were absolutely fantastic.
