Many thanks to the crew that attended my elderly father. They dealt with the situation so calmly. They chatted and laughed with him and put him completely at ease.

Needed medical emergency due to a laceration. It was during the strikes and the paramedics still arrived within 20 mins. They were extremely helpful, professional and certainly went above and beyond to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. Thank you

Had a miscarriage and hemorrhaged and the three paramedics who initially came out were wonderful! They were friendly and really went above and beyond to help. I will forever be grateful for not only great care but great company in a very stressful situation.

I had an ambulance called for me during a miscarriage. The two paramedics that came were amazing. Sensitive to the situation and talked me through everything they were doing to help. I can't thank them enough during such a difficult time. My heros in time of need.

The crew from the Frankley Hub that helped look after my 84 year old dad were amazing. They were calm and gentle when dealing with dad who suffers from Dementia. Upon arrival at Queen Elizabeth it was clearly very busy but we were looked after on the ambulance with dad being offered refreshments and comfort breaks. As dad became anxious they offered solutions to alleviate his anxiety. Fantastic job lads. I hope you both have a great Christmas.

On 28.12.22 approx. 11.00am my doctor called for an Ambulance after suspecting I was having a heart attack. The paramedics that came were absolutely fantastic and very thorough in their checks. It was discovered that I wasn't having a heart attack but my pulse rate was fluctuating between 40 and 90 beats per min., they decided to take me to A&E for further investigation. A&E were full so we had to stay in the Ambulance in a bay for 10 hours. The care and attention I received from the Paramedics was second to none and made me feel safe in their care, very comfortable and that my well being was their priority for the whole of their shift. I would like them to be commended for going over and above their line of duty and for reassuring me during this very scary ordeal.

Had to call 999 on early hours on 20th November 2022, due to a stroke I was having came within minutes of the call they was absolutely great people so reassuring, made me calm took me on blue lights and spoke to me all the way to hospital can’t say thank you enough for your wonderful skills you have I didn’t get there names but was a young man and lady so thank you so much for everything you do. Wonderful NHS frontline
