    To the paramedics , I just want to thank these guys and all your team on how amazing you are and how much you guys helped our family, hopefully now with this eye opener we can now get full support. On my daughters situation, my daughters 17 , 18 in a couple of months anyone knows how hard it is to parent a teenager , thanks to these guys , everything iv tried to say has finally been put in the clear, now we can move forward.     had to dial999 my 85 year old wife not responsive crew came within 10to15 min diagnosed sepsis and within 20 min were on the way to Rotherham hospital team were very kind and understanding so i would like thank you for eveything you did for my Wife and myself

    Very late Tuesday 25th June. 111 sent ambulance, after I rang to request medical advice on very bad chest pain I had thinking it was gastritis. They came out within the hour, did all the usual observations , then gave the advice I should go to hospital, in spite of me insisting I didn't want to waste theirs or hospital time. My husband listened to them and insisted I go. They were good humoured, reassuring and never once made me think I was wasting their time. So they took me to LGI Accident and Emergency, where it was later discovered I had had small heart attack and was treated. So I thank God for them and the LGI, had 9 not listened to them it would have been a lot more serious than it was. This is the 2nd time in a month I have had to have an ambulance, and the same excellent level of care as the first. You have wonderful crews, cherish them.

    I was ill and lying on the floor, unable to move. My husband called the ambulance service. Within 1 hour an ambulance arrived. The crew were so very kind, compassionate and professional. Their empathy with us was amazing. We cannot thank them enough for their help to us that morning. They took me to Calderdale Royal Hospital where I received the treatment I needed. Thank you for your great service. Thank you for your great staff and the help we received from them.

    An ambulance was called for my mum yesterday who was in extreme pain. The two lovely female paramedics who arrived 5-10 minutes after, were extremely professional and made her feel at ease.

    A fabulous crew came to see to my mum when she was taken ill in a cafe. They treated her with care, compassion and respect. As we sat in A and E every crew that came in was the same working hard, caring, good humour and a spirit needed for one of the hardest jobs in the world. Well done! we appreciate what you do

    Heart pain. 999 called. Ambulance arrived in 10 (yes, ten) minutes. The two paramedics were calm, reassuring, professional and courteous. As I can not mention names or gender, all I can say is you know who I am (in my 80's and came in with my son). Everything was explained to me, even the wait times at NGH. The paramedics even came to check on me after the handover to the hospital. In summary, you both have my utmost gratitude. You are a credit to us all. We are so lucky to have you. Thank you.

    I had to call the ambulance service for my son who has recently lost his job and his situation with drugs has become worse than worse. The lady and gent paramedics were absolutely wonderful with my son and myself I cannot thank them enough for all there efforts to try get me more help, without people like them, where would we be.

    I fell ill whilst driving recently. Staff at a petrol station called an ambulance for me. I have written a letter of thanks to the trust and had a kind reply promising to pass on my thanks to the crew who assisted me. The paramedics concerned would now doubt just say that they were just doing their job, but they did it with humour and kindness which went beyond just "doing a job" and hence my thanks and appreciation which I am happy to repeat here. Thank you.
