Review titled Fantastic Service
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 13 April 2023
Starting with the receptionist, to the two ladies who physically examined my breast, then the technologist and radiologist who gave the ultrasound, ending with the consultant who double checked the scan, this service was exemplary. Every member of staff made me feel welcome and reassured; I cannot compliment this service highly enough/

I was seen in the ENT department following a referral. As has happened so many times on recent visits to Addenbrookes I was seen promptly, professionally, personably and with great thoroughness. My recent experiences have been exemplary. Thanks to you all at Addenbrookes.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Friendly, professional and reassuring. From the beginning in The emergency department , all staff were incredible in the face of huge pressure. The staff in a5 (room 20) were lovely, proper nursing with a smile and humour. The doctors were so reassuring and got the job done. You are all incredible five stars

Review titled Amazing A3
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Leanne Sheppard - Posted on 06 April 2023
Ward A3 Firstly what an amazing bunch you all are so caring, friendly, funny made my stay less unbearable, you all know the reason why I say unbearable! on this last visit it was so difficult to be in a bed feeling well but obviously needed the procedure to continue my road to recovery. Having spent a total of 42 days in Addenbrookes not all consecutive however majority of which on A3 I got to know most staff by name & you all treated me as part of the family so to speak such a great bunch you should all be proud of the way you run in such difficult times that the NHS are going through.. also a big thank you to the neuro surgical team & the specialist nurses who saw me through my darker days whilst waiting on my spinal surgery your positive vibes & much needed hugs were appreciated.. Well done much love to you all & thank you again I hope not to see you so soon.. best wishes Leanne

Review titled Fantastic service
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Paul Breen - Posted on 13 March 2023
I attended the vasculitis clinic last week and was pleased beyond belief with the quality and speed of attention that I received. My appointment was at 9.30, I was first seen before I had even had time to sit down, I then had a detailed discussion with the consultant and finally went and had bloods taken. I was out by 10 am. Amazing!

Review titled Thank you!
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 03 March 2023
I've just returned from a colonoscopy and wanted to pass on my thanks to all the staff for making a somewhat anxiety inducing and undiginified procedure such a breeze. Their warmth, good humour, and professionalism really put me at ease, from the welcome reception to the nurse who walked me out. The whole department was clean, comfortable, and calm, and it makes me very proud of the NHS.

Review titled Nhs is Dead and Needs to be Burrief
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Olvan De iannello - Posted on 18 March 2023
Just been waiting in children A&E department for more than 5 hours. Although it was not very busy, my 4 year old daughter has not been given a slight attention. I just had to discharge willingly. No more “Thank You Nhs”, No more support for NHS staff’s strikes. Waited for 5 hours for a Pulse, no hope. NHS is truly Dead and Needs to be buried. As a high tax payer, I wonder where my money goes.

Review titled What's happened to Audiology?
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Edward Green - Posted on 28 May 2023
I've been waiting for an appointment for over six months just to get my hearing aid situation reviewed. I went in after three months and when I asked the receptionist what was going on they said, "Oh everybody's leaving", I asked why and got no response. There used to be a full waiting room, but both times I went back lately, there was No-One in there! - What's going on? This is 2023 not 1723 - It's an absolute scandal!. This can't be accidental, something must be driving it.
