  1. Review titled Sign in pharmacy above the counters was only in Chinese.

Rated 4 stars out of 5

I was some what disturbed that there was a large banner in Chinese but none in the other languages. Singapore being a multi-racial country, I didn’t expect this.

  2. Review titled Always look after me well

Rated 4 stars out of 5

Does the switch board ever answer their phone ? I have been trying to get in touch with my cardiologists secretary regarding an ok for a hip replacement. The Royal Orthopaedic hospital asked me to phone her or her secretary so that she could reply quickly to their inquiry as I am about to have the operation. How can I do that if the switch board doesn't answer their phone.

  3. Review titled medical consultation

Rated 5 stars out of 5

    by Iwona Sowinska-Mulyk - Posted on 14 June 2024

The doctor listened to what I had to say, gave me detailed examinations and interviews, he had an interest in my medical history and examination analysis, he explained my examination results and even showed me photos. I felt very taken care of.

  4. Review titled Never Answer The Phone

Rated 1 star out of 5

I live 170 miles away but my dad lives in bromsgrove. He's in hospital and I have been trying to reach the hospital for hours and no-one answers the phone, it rings and after a few minutes it's cut off! This is unacceptable! I'm worried for my dad who was bought in by ambulance, and I can't get through! They have zero idea of the anxiety this causes to families. The last time I was up there to visit, he was also left in soiled sheets and I had to ask the nurse to get them changed. I hope I never have to use such an appallingly run hospital. Just awful.

  6. Review titled Efficient and Professional

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Mr Stephen Bowen - Posted on 17 May 2024

I had to be taken to A&E after experiencing shaking and affected speech. I was seen quickly and had all relevant tests and I was found to have a chest infection. I had all relevant treatment, examinations and x-ray and was provided with antibiotics to take home. All the staff were friendly and I was kept informed as to what was happening. I could not fault the treatment I received by any member of staff with whom I was in contact during the duration of my stay.

  7. Review titled Awful place

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 24 April 2024

Complete and utterly abysmal. Really need to know if any of these so called ‘professionals’ understand what the word ‘urgent’ means because I genuinely believe they have a complete different understanding of the word to the rest of the world. 3 hour wait to be seen by anyone in the first place even though I was sent by the GP under ‘urgent needs’ then have to wait a further 4 hours (which I’ve still not been seen when writing this) for blood work. Absolutely ridiculous. 4 hour wait and the board says maximum waiting time is 2 hours right now. Never known a hospital to be so unorganised and so unprofessional. Ridiculously awful.

  9. Review titled Team work was outstanding

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Daniel Turner - Posted on 04 March 2024

I would like yo thank all in the a&e department in the early hours of a Friday night as everyone worked tirelessly to treat my partner and went above and beyond to make sure she was ok and the communication between them all was perfect and it felt like clock work in a time of need. They all worked so carmly and communicated perfectly with me and my partner I couldn't fault them and would happily go back again if we ever get diverted in ambulance again instead of self admitting our self into worcester royal

  10. Review titled AEC Department

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Steph Adams - Posted on 04 March 2024

Hi I went to my GP this morning and was sent to the AEC department for a possible blood clot. I arrived, scared and anxious. I was met by as lovely receptionist. Then without much time at all a friendly and kind man came to take my blood pressure and bloods. I was tsken to x-ray, again a very kind nurse even helped me to remove my kneckless. My final test was an ECG performed by a trainee nurse. She was professional and so kind. I think you have chosen well with that recruitment decision and she will have a bright future in the NHS. My results were given to me by another professional member of staff who was as reassuring as she was kind. Please pass on my gratitude I couldn't praise you all enough. Kindest regards Steph
