Was discharged right before my GCSE’s with no plan for after and was send a very blunt letter telling me I was discharged

After a very difficult weekend I phoned bolitho and I always always ask to speak to a female and I don't mind waiting, but no the Scottish guy phoned me back knowing that I do not like him I have made this very clear on more than 1 occasion, all I said to him was something like your the Scottish guy I don't like and I put the phone down. within a minute he phoned me back just to let me know I was no longer a patient, this is the second time he's done this the first time was because I forgot to turn up for a memory test.

I have been trying for over a month to talk to someone about my concerns regarding my neighbour but although the reception staff are super helpful the person I need to speak to is consistently ignoring my calls.
