Very professional from the time I walked in the door to recovery and going home 10/10. Only had Diagnostic Gastroscopy so was in and out within two hours but had a very pleasant experience.

I felt safe and cared for at my recent visit. The staff were considerate and kept me informed at every stage of the procedure.

This is my first visit since moving from Dorset where they had amazing gynaecology doctors. I waited months for this appointment, was such a waste of time. Female doctor I saw was incredibly rude & had lack of empathy. Sat on her desk face slumped in her hand mumbling and kept interrupting me. Telling me “could be endo, could not be, if it is you just have to live with the pain and manage it” she kept going on about hormone treatment which when I explained I don’t feel comfortable with that due to how it effects my body it almost seemed like she got annoyed with the fact I was not agreeing with her, huffing away. Before moving here specialist in Dorset was amazing, here it just seems like no one knows what they are doing. Very bad actually when people’s health is in their hands. Awful doctor

The receptionist and nurses are lovely, however, the female Doctor in the gynecology department is a very uncaring and opinionated person when it came to my referral, rather than looking at facts and trying to find answers for me. She also has a mindset of "if it isn't 'endo' like I don't think it will be, then we probably won't find the answer, you will have to live with the pain". To me this is not an option. I have found a doctor's that has the mindset of "if it's not 'endo', Then we will keep looking
