Have been given telephone number for Radiology department by my GP to book an appointment for an X-ray. Have made 7 calls and each one cuts off after 3 rings. Says call cancelled. What am I supposed to do now?

I highly recommend Coalville Community Hospital for its exceptional patient care and advanced medical facilities. I took my mam to have an x-ray after waiting months for a referral from the doctor. When we got there the receptionist and general medical staff at the hospital were warm and welcoming and the surgeon listened to my mother's concerns and offered a variety of options. Although we have only been there once, after being passed around a number of doctors surgeries and sometimes failing to even just get passed a doctors receptionist to talk to a doctor, it was a breath of fresh air to feel like my mam was actually listened to and understood for the amount of pain she was in on a daily basis. As a result, we both consider Coalville Community Hospital an excellent choice for anyone in need of medical attention.
