Review titled Outstanding care
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Emma - Posted on 01 October 2024
The children's unit was amazing we had travelled over 100 miles to this hospital for day surgery. The staff showed genuine care and support to both my child and me as a parent. They were informative and present. They regularly checked in and we're always visible and there when needed. The documents for surgery were well organized and the whole process was prompt and carried out to a strict routine. Absolutely well organized surgical staff and aftercare. Thanks

Review titled A and E
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Graeme Ainsworth - Posted on 20 June 2024
Entered A and E at 11am on a Thursday morning and was discharged by 2pm. I had a significant injury that was assessed x rayed and stitched very quickly. I then had 3 follow up visits the following week, all done very smoothly. Can not fault the service from the max fac team that stitched by face up.

After waiting over 12 hours to see a doctor I got fobbed off with take some pain killers and you will be fine. Almost 2 weeks later still in pain my GP has now found a hernia. How was this missed?
