  1. Review titled Inefficient and slow

Rated 1 star out of 5

No privacy at the Minor Injuries Unit - have to provide personal details in front of a room full of people. Service itself was inefficient and very slow, even though the unit was not at all busy. Took 3 hours to get seen - would have been easier to go to A&E in Norwich. Looked like the unit was being run for the convenience of staff, rather than for patients. It needs better management.

  2. Review titled Allies Eye Unit, Cromer Hospital

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I've had a few outpatient appointments and a minor procedure in January 2023. During all the appointments I've been very impressed with the care received. All the staff I've dealt with have been so friendly and professional. The Unit is a great asset to the local area. Thank you.

  3. Review titled Breast screening

Rated 4 stars out of 5

Recent screening was asked for my personal details out loud whilst reception was behind screen and both wearing masks in crowded waiting room. When questioned was told I need this information. I then spoke again to nurse in screening room and was told I could have asked to be taken away and give details. I thought this should have been asked if I wanted this at the beginning of my registering. I also still had my invite letter mentioned that she was told not needed but all inform wound have been in there. Understand need to confirm who patient is but seemed to be against data protection etc when having to say all details out loud. Maybe this could be revised

Husband attended minor injuries unit with a foreign body in his eye having had no help at North Walsham chemists. Engaged receptionist. All nursing staff excellent, dealt with promptly and effectively. Thank heavens there is still a minor injuries unit. An a1 service today
