I was visiting as a professional today, I found the staff team to be very professional, friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped in to the building. I was there to see a resident, and the nurses and care team were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my visit. The staff on duty were all friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was very welcoming and this shone through with the ‘ good feeling ‘ of other residents.

My mum spent 9 months at Cygnet Newham house and I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for my mum over this period . From the minute she arrived , they were caring , kind , patient and understanding . I always felt comfortable when I visited and also leaving her . They took my mum out regularly and listened to her . She was allowed home visits when she got better which was a great way to get my mum used to being at home again before she finally got discharged . The staff are a fantastic team who should all be very proud of themselves and the work they do each and every day to help others recover from brain injuries . I would recommend Newham House to others . Thank you
