Review titled Efficient and kind team
Rated 5 stars out of 5

I was very impressed from the very beginning when I was greeted by the young lady on reception. She was welcoming and showed great empathy. I was then seen by nurse who tested my eyes then took images of them. The nurse was charming and reassuring. Because of issues in my right eye it was a struggle to get a clear image . The nurse persevered encouraging and praising me. I had total trust and an image was achieved. I then went to another nurse who tested my lateral vision. Again so pleasant and explaining everything as the test. As with the first nurse, I was struck by the kindness and professional approach of ghis nurse. Finally, I saw the consultant who went through my tests again providing professional advice in a pleasant manner. All my tests and consultant's appointment were carried out as per the planned timetable. Both my husband, who accompanied me, agreed that the team, their empathy and professional expertise, are a great advertisement to the NHS. Please pass on my thanks.
