I had an appointment at 10 o'clock for the nel ultrasound & cardiology in this hospital and I had to wait for 1 hour for someone to come and call which wasn't very nice and welcoming also it didn't look like a hospital .

Mum, in a wheelchair attended an appointment for echogram that was done on a GP referral. At the appointment the nurse said the consultant isn’t available and is due tomorrow. Assistant said the appointment had been cancelled and GP should not have done the referral that way, but this was not communicated to me. Waste of time taking mum there. I was told someone will call me to arrange an appointment by 5pm same day but I’m still waiting a day later.
