NHS and A&E have always been opinionated by individuals. But I find myself very fortunate to have such wonderful team (nurses, matrons, doctors...) and consultants looking after me. The waiting was long and unbearable some times but you really have to see for yourself how hard the team worked together for everyone.

Had day surgery 2/6/23 & from my pre op assessment right through to the staff on the ward I got discharged from everyone was absolutely amazing kind & professional. Cannot fault a thing

The reception staff and the duty doctor were so kind and very thorough in their investigations during my long day. Commendable staff and excellent care.

I have been treated by the urology department in Epsom several times. They are unstinting in their care. Receptionist, nurses and consultants are extremely skilled and give their time willingly and cheerfully. My condition is not life threatening, but they were all committed to changing my life for the better. Thank you! I could not receive better anywhere in the world.

Thank you to the Drs and nurses and all staff of A & E Epsom for taking care of me with kindness and care with such speedy efficiency when I came in yesterday with severe pain due to kidney stones.
