   Only able to book a Zoom appointments, which is a bit of a nonsense if you dont have the facilities to do this. Paperwork received to book says if you have no internet access you can phone 0345 608 8888 and book, but they only have the same appointments which are all Zoom appointments which require the internet. Talk about Tortology
