I have been trying to speak to someone since Thursday concerning my echo examination but it is impossible to navigate the automated telephone system and when I did reach the operator I was cut off. Please someone mail me to rearrange my appointment. Nhs no 4045518509.

Mobile Imaging: went for MRI scan, arrived 30 minutes early, was seen immediately. Everything was very efficient, people polite and effective.

  3. Review titled Above & beyond treatment for my 5 yo daughter

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Emma - Posted on 19 May 2024

We attended urgent care on Sunday 19th May 2024 and i was blown away by the exceptional staff. The initial nurse was so kind & caring even going as far as giving my daughters favourite teddy a sling to match hers. After her x-ray she was treated by another nurse who was also amazing with her. She took her time to explain to her what had happened, show her the x-ray and talk her through the treatment. We were in an out after 2 x-rays & a cast in 2.5 hours which is absolutely brilliant. I can guarantee if we had gone to Barnet hospital we’d have not even been seen once in that time! So grateful to the staff for being so kind and caring today. You made a stressed mum a little less worried!

  4. Review titled Phone not answered

Calling Finchley Number and it gives you a long list of other options then transfers to Edgware who give you another list. If you press an option it rings 5 times then cuts you off ! If you do get through to a person says nope can’t help. Only way to speak with someone is to go there

  5. Review titled Rude and abrupt telephone manner

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by William Hoskins - Posted on 11 April 2024

I telephoned to book a blood test, shortly before midday on 11 April 2024. The manner of the person who answered the telephone was abrupt and hostile throughout. An example: She asked for the identity of my GP surgery. I gave it, and asked whether she also wanted the name of the referring GP. She said, rudely,"I asked for the surgery".There was then an issue about my NHS number. I am sure I gave it correctly but she refused initially to accept it was a valid NHS number, though eventually did so, presumably because she had misheard the first time. She just kept saying initially "That is not an Nhs number, though I was reading the correct number off the booking form. After booking the appointment she said, again rudely and without any explanation, "In future ,ring at 7, Don't ring at this time again". The whole experience was unpleasant and did not present the hospital in a welcoming or constructive light. If I had spoken to a client of mine in the same way, I would expect a complaint.

A great front of house team and service from first step to hospital, it makes a big difference. Very lovely lady at main reception, always delighted to speak to. Best screening team leaves a great impression. Quick service, all staff extremely officiant and professional. Highly recommend them! Thank you.

  7. Review titled Bad behaviour

Rated 1 star out of 5

The nurse who checked my baby was really rod with me and said I know nothing and I should wait with my 11 months old baby crying for two hours. Anyway after two and half hour they didn’t see my baby girl and I was so worry about her because she couldn’t drink milk for two days and said there is more emergency and we need to wait more two hours. I just want to share my experience. Thanks a lot

  9. Review titled Very helpful

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Peter Pickering - Posted on 08 January 2024

Although it was late in the afternoon just before the new year weekend the walk-in Xray team saw me quickly and when she saw something untoward on my lung the radiographer made great efforts to find a doctor to consult; that being unsuccessful she advised me strongly to go at once to Barnet Hospital A&E and sent the picture to them so that they found my triage easy. Please convey my thanks to her.

  10. Review titled Terrible walk in service

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by JPS - Posted on 29 December 2023

I attended Fincley memorial walk in ctr for a minor procedure. The woman in what i assume is the triage office saw a couple of people with the door open, we could all hear their business. Then a member of staff walked in to her. They sat for at least 5mins talking about their life and saying i pay the rent and my partner pays the bills. Nothing to do with their job whilst sick people were listening and waiting to be seen. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. The manager was not available to complain to... at lunch. I hope these staff read this and are embarrassed. They should be reprimanded.
