The staff member in question was extremely rude and disrespectful was made to feel unsupported and to blame for my condition. Was told about her long day and how bad it was and how late she was because of hard cases to solve again was made to feel like it was my fault.

I was transfered to Fleet diabetes care, and while the team were supportive, it is impossible to get an appointment! My original appointed has been changed multiple times, and now moved to a date that I cant make - the next available appointment is 6 months away, meaning I haven't had a review of my diabetes in well over a year. Feel a bit forgotten about!
