   Contact and involvement with family members is poor. Some of the nursing team are helpful and informative but there is no proactive contact with family and when one phones or visits information is not forthcoming and has to be gained by asking the right questions. The team are very concerned with discharging almost as soon as the patient arrives which creates stress for patient and family

   Visited Inpatient mental health services on March 2023
