    I suffer from anxiety at such times of admission for ops....all staff were absolutely 1st class and helped me throughout the admission could not have wished for more/ better care a big thankyou to all concerned with my stay

    Everyone I came in contact with, from the lady who directed me when I entered the hospital, to who greeted and took me to my room. The care and consideration taken to my needs, the extra mile I needed to remain calm, nothing was too much for anyone. Everyone one from the cleaners, the nurses, doctors the lot were just brilliant. I was very scared for my surgery and normally have flashbacks/panic attacks in hospital, but this was the first time I didn't - all thanks to all the staff.

    Visited the hospital with my 4 year old daughter in pain was seen very fast thank you but the doctor asked me to take my prescription to Asda pharmacy. We are on foot so went to Asda pharmacy who would not give the antibiotics as the prescription is for the hospital pharmacy only. I had to return back to the hospital and my daughter prolong her pain very bad ear infection. Why was I not told about the Hospital pharmacy why was I sent to Asda pharmacy ? Surely the doctor gives prescriptions every day . Very poor
