   Sent an appointment and when I arrived the receptionist said no appointment had been arranged. I showed her the email stating it was not my error. Twenty minutes later I received a call stating the Dr wound do the appoint ment over the phone. Unfortunately, I couldn’t understand a lot of what he was saying so politely ended the call.
