I want to thank the very kind and caring nurses who took care of me during my operation today. The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I was so anxious and suffer with panic attacks and I actually was made to feel relaxed. The surroundings also made my experience so much less overwhelming than a mainstream hospital. No words can express my gratitude to you all. Thank you

I had a pain infusion here yesterday, everyone was so lovely and kind and it was very relaxing and was given some lunch after too, I usually go to Edgeware general for this but I am glad they swapped me because this much nearer for me and much less in cab fares, There is parking opposite hospital but a big builder from adjoining site was refusing to let anyone park as he said he had paid for the whole road.. this was nothing to do with the hospital but i thought it worth mentioning as a lady had a blue badge and he made her park away from the hospital entirely, as you turn into moxom street there is a nice lil pay and display car park but its downhill and then walking back uphill, not suitable for most pain clinic patients. I did go there around a month ago for a ct scan and managed to find a spot in between all the builders vehicles but I have a tiny tiny car and my rather large son was with me so they didn't try to make us move. So to recap, its a great place, the staff are all lovely including the lovely girl who bought me my lunch, there is a water dispenser in reception and my friend said she was offered hot drinks too while waiting for me, and in all the whole procedure took around 3 hours from admission to discharge

I had my Fibriods removed today. I was extremely touched by the service I was given from all the professionals at this hospital. I would just like to thank all the staff there and I sincerely appreciate them all.
