I visited HH cardiology outpatients clinic on 4th May 2023. Immediately prior to meeting the consultant, I had an ECG test and an Echocardiogram test. Both of these tests were completed efficiently and thoroughly. Staff were friendly and courteous. They allowed my wife to be present to help me. The test results were available for the meeting with the consultant who took time to listen to my account of what had happened to me since a TAVI procedure at the end of March and to explain the implications of the test results. I felt completely at ease during this meeting and was able to ask numerous questions and to understand the clear responses provided by the consultant. My wife also asked some questions and we were very satisfied that we had been given outstanding attention in a most professional and friendly manner. I am very grateful for the care I received from all the staff I met at HH. A brilliant team ! Thank you all.

I had a TAVI procedure at Hammersmith Hospital on 27th March. The surgical team were amazing and the care I received both before and after the procedure was beyond excellent. Words cannot properly express my gratitude to all the hospital staff for their expertise, professionalism and superb care. They have given me a new life. Thank you !

I was very pleased with my treatment and aftercare on the cardiac day ward. All the staff were very professional and were kind and took care of me. I was there for 12 hours and all went smooth.
