    The reason I am giving low feedback is because I don't believe that I was treated equally according to my background. I was diagnosed infertility and I was told that I am not qualified TRUST criteria and also I was told that 2016 I am on my menopause and I was told that my period will stop which I don't think it’s true as I am still having my period. I was diagnosed to have fibroids and I also they were aware that I was having miscarriage and they did not refer me appropriate team to investigate my problem and that they don't think that the fibroids is a big issue. The only thing they will say is to go to the A&E and they are good giving me medication to reduce or stop the bleeding .I have been refer to the gynaecology team from my GP back and forward and nothing has been done upto now and I really stressed, Helpless, annoying and cannot focus my day-day activities and I feel like leaving my job because I can't concentrate and I am also one of the NHS staff and I am paying taxes

    I visited HH cardiology outpatients clinic on 4th May 2023. Immediately prior to meeting the consultant, I had an ECG test and an Echocardiogram test. Both of these tests were completed efficiently and thoroughly. Staff were friendly and courteous. They allowed my wife to be present to help me. The test results were available for the meeting with the consultant who took time to listen to my account of what had happened to me since a TAVI procedure at the end of March and to explain the implications of the test results. I felt completely at ease during this meeting and was able to ask numerous questions and to understand the clear responses provided by the consultant. My wife also asked some questions and we were very satisfied that we had been given outstanding attention in a most professional and friendly manner. I am very grateful for the care I received from all the staff I met at HH. A brilliant team ! Thank you all.
