    Luckily I have not needed to use the NHS but I arrived today and the staff were not helpful regards advice. I was told I just have to wait and they are busy… 4 hour waiting times are shocking when you come to a walk in centre because you need a doctor.. Questions must be asked as why they feel this is appropriate service. It’s a shame we cannot opt out of paying tax that goes to the NHS and use that money for private care.

    Thank you to for taking time to inform us of your experience. We apologise that you endured a 4hr wait. Unfortunately due to the high demand for urgent care services locally and nationally we are experiencing higher than normal patient waits. Whilst we appreciate this may be upsetting, we ensure that patients are triaged within 15mins of arrival to ensure their safety and prioritize those patients that are unwell. Other services are available such as the community pharmacy and 111 online and via the telephone who may be able to help you.
