Would not let me reschedule my appointment for today, even though it was explained that I cannot currently move due to arthritis, osteoarthritis and disc bulges. My knees are swollen out of shape and are burning. I cannot get down our stairs at home. Apparently I had a heart mri scan that I missed last August but I do not remember this. I do remember saying that I couldn’t have one of these as it would cause me added pain. My heart goes up to 170 bpm but that’s ok, let’s just give me more stress! I am unwell! I should have been helped today. Awful service.

The nurses, physiotherapists and support staff on St Peters Ward worked non-stop to look after me. They were friendly and patient not just with me, but with the 5 other patients.

I was nervous for my blood test as I am autistic with severe anxiety but the staff were lovely and super professional. The service from being checked in to injected went flawlessly and made it a pleasant experience. Thank you.

I have an appointment and after 70 minutes, i don't know what is happening, i understand everyone is busy but maybe someone is better to do some rebooking or maybe let us know what is happening

Came in today for a colonoscopy. Excellent care and support from all of the staff in the Endoscopy department. I feel very lucky to have this place on my doorstep. Thank you for looking after me today.

Routine endoscopy here today. The warmth, kindness and level of care from the nursing team was exemplary. They create a lovely atmosphere in the Unit and this was from initial contact on reception through to recovery and discharge. Thank you for doing such a great job. The whole nursing and clinical team really go out of their way to ensure that things go well and that you have a good experience and feel cared for. Brilliant just brilliant

Just had a minor operation carried out in a very professional manner. It was on time and all the hospital staff were helpful, friendly and a credit to the NHS. Thank you all Well done

Since being seen by a nurse and not a consultant all my appointments have been going downhill, having to chase every single thing from forms to tests and appointments - otherwise nothing will be done. I had spoken to someone from the office just to confirm my appointment and needing reassurance that it will happen (which it did not and having me to contact them again.) They were very rude and abrupt about me phoning my appointments several times which is not ideal for someone working in this field.
