I have visited Hemel Hempstead hospital several times recently as an outpatient and, on every occasion, The staff, without exception, have been friendly and helpful. You are lucky to have them.

On 1st May 2023 I broke my radius at garden centre and was dealt with the utmost professionalism with a quick diagnosis once seen. The only drawback was the three hour wait time. The nurse dealing with me was very sympathetic and helpful.

My husband had an outpatient appointment this afternoon (25thMay). We cannot tell you how impressed we are( and thankful) for such a brilliant service.Every single member of staff were amazing, helpful and so efficient. Thank you so much. Definitely 5stars, all the way.

I have had a gastro consultation and an endoscopy at Hemel. At my consultation the nurse doing the initial checks was incredibly careful and diligent, due to her care I was able to get the correct medication and have follow up cardiological tests to help me. The team were so careful and put my mind at ease when I came for my endoscopy. I really appreciated them looking after me and making the experience as pleasant as it could be. They were so attentive and efficient and understanding. I believe I'm not allowed to mention names but every team member I had contact with was amazing. Every appointment or drop in I have visited has been without delays and I feel so lucky and very grateful to have received the level of care they have offered.

Endoscopy sept today second time there all staff superb kind knowledgable efficient.nothing too much trouble and the gentleman who did the procedure exceptional.wish all hospitals like this amazing a real gem of a place.Would love to give all these workers a pay rise.Hospital extremely clean

Absolutely brilliant staff ,well.looked after. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff went out of there way ,explaining everything to us .

Excellent care from the friendly receptionist to the well organised nurse led team that put a scaredy cat at ease. The full procedures explained and my comfort constantly checked on from beginning to end. I can’t praise them enough
