Review titled Unsatisfactory dealing with my daughters injury.
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Julia Smithers - Posted on 03 September 2024
We got to the hospital at 4.50 pm went to minor injuries. We were Met by 3 unhelpful members of staff. My daughter was in alot of pain due to her broken finger and fractured finger. They said you are to late to see anyone although it was not 5pm. All they seemed interested was going home. You will have to go to Crawley which we did.

Review titled Waiting time
Rated 1 star out of 5

I brought my friend for an eye appointment. Her appointment was for 15 15pm & at 16.30 we were still waiting. not one member of staff in the department apologised for the delay or were we ever informed of the delay in the whole time we were in the department. I feel this is total not except able when you have to pay for parking before attending your appointment. The only helpful members of staff were the 2 receptionists. I found the ophthalmogy very rude and un caring about the amount of time she keep everyone waiting. Taking more time between patients then with them. She needs to think more about her patients than herself.

My wife of 80 had a fall off the bottom rung of a stepladder and gashed her head. We went to Horsham Hospital - Minor Injuries - and were treated within 15 minutes. Thanks.

I didn't have an appointment for my x-ray so didn't know how long I would have to wait. I was so pleased how efficient and helpful the staff were. Professionally and quickly dealt with. Thank you everyone.

Review titled Outstanding people. Pay them more!
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Ashley Tunbridge - Posted on 02 February 2023
I hate blood tests. Every time I’ve told the phlebotomists this, and that I get faint after, they have gone out of the way to get me talking and easing my mind off of it. They don’t make me feel rushed to get out of the chair, despite the crowds and manage to keep working whilst also ensuring I’m ok and keeping up a conversation. I am just appalled that they’re not being paid what they deserve. I would happily pay more in tax to have this experience every time.

The nurse in room 3 at about 13:00 on Tuesday 31st January was really impressive My veins are really hard to find and she found pretty quickly. The 2 phial of blood came in seconds and there was no bruising afterwards
