Review titled Staff was very efficient and made the whole thing stress free
by Elibf47 - Posted on 05 January 2024
I was very impressed with this facility at Ilfracombe community hospital. I didn’t have to wait at all to be called from the clean, well kept waiting room. The lady who conducted my ultra sound was very efficient and friendly and made the whole thing stress free. Parking was easy and the whole experience was just what you would hope for when attending a hospital appointment.

Review titled I felt totally relaxed
by Val736 - Posted on 30 November 2023
Attended Outpatients Physiotherapy Service at Ilframcombe Hospital. The receptionist was helpful & smiley, directing me to the correct waiting area. Waited 5 mins and a lovely young lady ushered me in for some treatment for a very painful sciatic nerve problem. She manipulated my back, showed me some exercises I must do and explained in detail what had happened. I will be doing as she says as she is checking my progress next week. Very kind, caring and again smiley. I felt totally relaxed.
