Review titled Almost no care after colossal wait

I went to A&E around 11pm for a wound which needed sutures. I was finally seen by a nurse around 3am; the nurse cleaned the wound and then told me the doctor would glue it very soon. Around 4am, the doctor came and told me he couldn't glue or suture it, but I should come back to the hospital later in the day. (What A&E doctor can't suture a wound?) Ok, when should I come back? I asked. He went to check. Around 5am, I was discharged and told I would be called to schedule when to come in later in the day. By this point, I had received almost no care – I was not even told how to care for the wound. I received a call five hours later and was told I'd have an appointment in 72 hours, which is far after sutures would be desirable. So after a whole night in this hospital, I literally got no help. The next day, I went to an urgent care clinic – the practitioners there were horrified at the lack of treatment I'd received at the Radcliffe. They quickly saw me, cleaned and dressed the wound, and applied glue. They could not believe the doctors had been unable to do anything. A really shocking lack of treatment, and communication. I am so disappointed by this hospital, its carelessness.

Review titled Absolutely awful

I was told to come in this morning "for an MRI". 6.5 hours later, I'm still here, having been told I have to have major surgery (I'm here on my own because I was told it was only an MRI ). I've been waiting on a prescription for 5 hours. One of the nurses at the nurses' station has been extremely grumpy and hostile to anyone here asking any questions. Absolutely appalling.
