I spent last Thursday am in this unit. Your staff were brilliant and it was suprising to receive the results before I left. Normally it takes several days. (if ever). However why was it so C O L D in the unit. I was pleased to exit to the outside where it certainly felt warmer. For the health of your visitors and staff please turn up the heating.

I visited primary care in Kidderminster this evening after obtaining an injury at the weekend. Although there was a fairly long wait as it was busy, when I did get seen by the emergency nurse practitioner, my experience exceeded my expectations. I know for the review I'm unable to give details on the name or the gender of the practitioner, but I'd just like to share what a superb person the individual seemed. Apologetic, even though I completely understood how busy it was, really personable, confident examination and I really appreciated how clearly my injury was explained to me and the instructions that I need to do to heal. A true asset to the team and to the NHS. Thank you! Kellie

I visited the opthalmology department for the second time, what great staff they have, friendly informative and efficient, 5 stars to every one of them

I was worried about my husbands blood pressure, and although they are accident & energency they were great and very helpful p ut my mind at rest and sent message to our doctors, cannot praise them enough Zena Freer
