Review titled Brilliant Service
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Pete Stevens - Posted on 16 September 2023
I visited the Imaging Dept on a Bank Holiday Saturday. I was apprehensive about my visit but as soon as I entered the hospital I was greeted by a staff member who gave me clear instructions on where to go. At Reception the lady was very welcoming and confirmed I was at the right place. I had no sooner sat down than I was called. The whole procedure was clearly and reassuringly explained to me and I was given the opportunity to ask any questions. The 2 ladies who carried out the scan were very friendly, but also very professional. I felt very reassured by the way they treated me. The scan lasted no more than 10 minutes......as I walked out I was annoyed with myself for feeling anxious and apprehensive..... there was no need to have been! I also appreciated that the staff had agreed to work on a Bank Holiday Saturday Thank you

Review titled Superb service in minor injuries
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Ashley Edwards - Posted on 08 July 2023
Brought my 17 year old son in to minor injuries saturday morning. I left him in the car while I spoke to reception as he couldnt stand (poss fractured knee). I spoke to reception where the lady was very friendly, she quickly checked us in and got me some help to unload my son. He was taken straight through and examined, then taken to xray. Then back downstairs to discuss treatment. A short while later the nurse's (if thats their title) came back to tell us the extent of his injury but also that they had rang worcester to get him booked in as he needed an op. They then helped to reload him back in the car. Everyone involved in his treatment while in kidderminster was superb, calm, and friendly while explaining everything to us parents and the upset boy. Well done all involved, thank you.

Had gallbladder surgery on Sunday I was so nervous and stressed and every single member of staff really looked after me and got me through it. I received excellent care and my nurse was so lovely.
