    Waited 9 months for an appointment with the neurologist and he was very dismissive. Despite 2 scans before he said I needed another one without any explanation as to why. Did not seem interested in my viewpoint at all. Said I needed to wait 9 months to see him again and that was that. Never been treated like this before in the nhs.

    Trying to contact the Pain Management Clinic by phone is neigh on impossible one line constantly engaged, no option to leave a message or even queue hopeless

    Been getting a large number of calls from a number I don't know so ignore as if it was important they would leave a message...after getting these consistently was about to block it but was told I could 'reverse look it up' - so I did and it is LGH Appointments...so rang the number, got message that confirmed it was but there is no number to ring to find out what the appointment is!!! You could at least leave a message!!!
