Review titled Poor public treatment
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Ian bunn - Posted on 19 August 2024
Just came to ludlow again as been there on saturday. Cant park in the disabled bay due to screening trailer across all the bays. So parked as close as possible to the door. As soon as i entered the reception was bombarded by to staff and told to park at the bottom carpark. As i am dissabled and also injured as they well know as it was these same staff that treated me on saturday. The one male staff then almost marched me out of the building. Without even asking me what my problem was. Ive had sepsis before and im experincing they same symptems. So im now on my way to Hereford hospital with an open wound to my foot. Plus having to drive myself with these symtems.

Amazing staff, doctors and the facilities.this hospital has saved me from suffering the trauma, of not knowing, the extent of my injuries, where I'll end up even having suffered intense pain just over two years, I've been relocating from Wales to England. but here, they've managed to act swiftly,a very prompt response,.in managing my injuries.i'm.still in alot of pain,my threshold is weak.(with a lower leg injury and an arm injury. physically exacerbated, and after extensive travels, due to domestic violence and previously, which is how i sustained the Injuries, sadly i've had no treatments, nothing corrective, treatment. Until now, I'm appreciating u guys at the Hospital, i Thank you (((Ludlow community hospital))) A wonderful NHS service.and i feel very, very, Privileged to have you in my life..( my Road to recovery)

my mum was a patient on Dinham ward before going on to a nursing home. We naturally wanted my Mum to be treated with care and respect whilst maintaining her dignity, every member of staff on Dinham ward excelled our expectations, their kindness was exceptional and we will be forever grateful for the care they gave Mum during her stay at Ludlow.
