Went to the Urology department, to have a procedure . The nurse was so reassuring, went above and beyond to help me. The whole experience in the hospital was an excellent one.

I can’t fault this service. There was no waiting around, super friendly staff and I didn’t feel a thing! Thank you.

Both my husband and I have had reason to make use of the imaging services in the past 4 weeks. We cannot praise the staff too highly. Their professionalism was outstanding—all delivered in a very friendly and caring environment. But that experience is just a mirror image of the way that the staff in all departments treat their patients. I have never heard of anyone complain about a visit to Lymington hospital. My warmest congratulations and thanks to you all.

I have visited this unit twice, each time I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect .The procedure was explained fully , I felt cared for and listened to throughout. I have hearing loss and this was also taken into consideration during my stay. Thank you, hopefully I will not need to visit again but if necessary I can at least be reassured I will be looked after in your excellent care.
