    Very rude staff member at welcome station I was told to wait outside the blood test room to have a blood test then I was accused of ear wigging at peoples conversations which I wasn't how dare people throw accusations at people with no proof made me feel very uncomfortable and went I was calling ed for blood tests reception staff were laughing behind my back very unprofessional and a disgrace to the NHS not the first time I've had problems with Maidstone hospital staff the worst hospital I've been in

    I went to A&E in Mainstone as I couldn’t see out of my eye. quickly went through the triage. Immediately I had a CT scan in the brain where they found bleeding. As the blood stain was only 2.5cm and not increasing, they decided to keep me in Maidstone. After three days I was discharged. I’d like to thank all the staff in A and E. In the ward I saw consultants, doctors, nurses and occupation therapists. They were very efficient and caring. The nurses couldn’t do more for me.

    I attended the Peggy Wood breast care clinic yesterday after receiving a follow up letter after a routine mammogram. The whole experience was excellent with professional and friendly staff. Please pass on my thanks to the whole team

    I had steroid pain injections in my back after months of chronic pain and was very nervous of having the procedure done, the patience kindness and care from all staff was amazing with the Dr being the biggest star. Throughout the time I have been under the chronic pain team I have felt so supported by a team who have understood what impact pain has on your life, to say without that support I would of struggled even more would be an understatement. Thank you for making my life more bearable.

    To be honest the staff are professional but the waiting time is not good. We have waited for 6 hours and was told have another up to 3 hour to see the doc who will review results of the test hours it will be

    I self presented at Maidstone Hospital after having a random coughing episode where I coughed up quite a bit of blood and then couldn’t breathe properly. From the moment I arrived, every member of staff did their absolute best to look after me and treat me as quickly and efficiently as possible. I feel very grateful to have been looked after so well.     I came into cornwallis ward for a total hysterectomy.I would just like to thank all doctors .nurses.and the(anaethetists )who were great at helping my anxiety.nurses on the ward are kind and caring and quick to answer nurse call.Thankyou also to the cleaners that keep it lovely and clean.Everyone is very respectful.The food sustains you but i do wish hospitals would go back to cooking fresh food for patients
