    I visited the hospital on Fri 13th Dec 2024 at 1.30p.m for a mammogram, a year after my operation, I found the lady in charge of it to be exceptional, so professional in every way. She wheeled me from the waiting area to the room, she then proceeded with the mammogram in a most kind and caring way, totally put me at ease, all in a friendly manner before taking me back to the waiting area where my relative was.

    visited the newly built kmoc theatres, on a chilly day, found temperatures very chilly inside the rooms. a waste of our tax money to the nhs. newly built kmoc theatres a waste of money as the estate team couldn't manage and control the ahu temperature. the director. associate director and the whole estate team should be sacked from work as they don't know there job and how to manage the theater ahu

    I arrived at Maidstone hospital very early for my appt which was for 09 45 sat until 10 30am before walking out l hadn't eaten since 12pm the day before no fluids since 7am that day ridiculous for them to expect a 75 yr old to except these conditions l travelled over 30 miles for this appt l will never go to Maidstone hospital again

    Despite some mistakes in my initial diagnosis ( from 111) I had excellent care, not 111 faults just a communication issue. I was looked after very well and feel extremely lucky that Maidstone is my local hospital . Have been admitted to Medway before, never ever again!.thanks to Drs and nurses, especially tomy nurse in cdu who was amazing

    Excellent service from start to finish from all staff at the day unit for my gallbladder removal. I was very impressed with their competence, kindness and listening skills. I highly recommend them and special thanks to the anaesthetist who spent time addressing my concerns sympathetically and with reassurance together with the post surgery nurse who was on the ball immediately spotting my pain before I could vocalise it. And obviously to the surgeon who successfully removed my gallbladder using keyhole surgery. I felt safe and well looked after throughout the whole day. How refreshing to have such a positive experience with a good outcome as opposed to surgery experiences I have had under a different Trust.

    Very rude staff member at welcome station I was told to wait outside the blood test room to have a blood test then I was accused of ear wigging at peoples conversations which I wasn't how dare people throw accusations at people with no proof made me feel very uncomfortable and went I was calling ed for blood tests reception staff were laughing behind my back very unprofessional and a disgrace to the NHS not the first time I've had problems with Maidstone hospital staff the worst hospital I've been in

    I went to A&E in Mainstone as I couldn’t see out of my eye. quickly went through the triage. Immediately I had a CT scan in the brain where they found bleeding. As the blood stain was only 2.5cm and not increasing, they decided to keep me in Maidstone. After three days I was discharged. I’d like to thank all the staff in A and E. In the ward I saw consultants, doctors, nurses and occupation therapists. They were very efficient and caring. The nurses couldn’t do more for me.
