I had to have a colonoscopy and was so nervous requested to be sedated, after being put at ease with the lovely friendly staff I opted for gas and air . What a lovely bunch of caring people who acted in a professional manner. I have been to this hospital a few times and always received excellent care although it is not my local hospital l would not hesitate to go again.

I visited this practice with a foot injury today. The staff were amazing and I was seen to, x-rayed and on my way within an hour. Gold medals all round for this crew!

Today I attend this department for eye surgery on removal of a cataract. The staff were extremely professional, kind and well organized. They assured and kept all patients aware of what was going to happen and the process. The surgeon and operating staff were also very professional and put you at ease in the operating theatre. I would like to thank all those involved.for their kindness. They also make you a nice cup of tea, not seen at DRI and Workshop hospitals. Well done all of you, including the kind lady cleaner who showed me the way to the ward I wanted. 💯 % ✅💙💙

I had to visit the colonoscopy today. All the staff were warm and welcoming. Everything regarding the procedure was made clear and understandable. Everyone was kind and thoughtful during the procedure and with followup comments. which were reassuring. My only comment is there should be cleansing eg wipes in the toilet or offered following the procedures or advise people to take some in the admission letter. A chair in the toilet would be helpful for people with disabilities.

Excellent experience. Staff absolutely amazing and helpful from Consultant down to the Porter who took me to x-ray. Would recommend this centre as definitely a centre of excellence.

Follow my recent visit to gasto, the Doctor i was seen by was the most caring Doctor I have ever met in my life. After weeks of being unwell she put me totally at ease, and was outstanding in her knowledge and practice and the advice she provided. I could not gave asked for a better service than what she provided.

Had endoscopy and was not looking forward to it as I have had 2 before at Doncaster and they were awful I gipped all way through but at mexbrough it was so different the staff were really nice and talked me through it and it was so easy and no sedation 10 out of 10

Visited for a procedure that I was a bit apprehensive about but was put at ease by the senior endoscopist. The procedure was carried out expertly by the second endoscopist. I had a reassuring result and thank the whole team including the 3 l’s nurses for my excellent care. Thanks again and best regards from j
