Today my partner had been booked in to the cardiology chest pain clinic, or so we thought! Long story short, the receptionists could not find any record of an appointment for which we had travelled 36miles for. The manager of the reception area got involved and after much delving and chatting to various people, along with the involvement of a lovely man who I believe was from cardiology, between them they finally sorted everything out and a cardiologist agreed to see us. All the staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us and the cardiologist was fantastic. A fantastic example of patient care and consideration of which we were so very grateful. Big cheer for all involved today and thank you so much for making what could have been a stressful situation, much more plesant and bearable.

I was very impressed with the support I received from the Audiologist I met on Tuesday 13 August at 3.15pm. The colleague maintained and cleaned my hearing aids, and provided helpful advice on the effective use of the Phonak App. The replacement service via email is also excellent. Thanks very much.

In and out in less than an hour! Not bad to say there was also an xray. Very satisfied with the treatment and the staff.

I needed a cut dealing with. Newark UTC was open, not overly busy so processed me quickly, very clean and had friendly and positive staff. Really good experience. Thank you.

Visited with my very scared 5 year old son. From reception to the nurses, all staff were friendly, caring, and put him nicely at ease. Provided a great service.

My daughter went in for allergy testing and I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Everyone we engaged with during our visit were friendly, reassuring, listened to my concerns and talked me through each step! The waiting area had such a variety of toys for my daughter to play with and was a lovely, cheerful space! A truly fab team and department! I’d also like to mention how helpful the volunteers are at the main entrance. They were extremely friendly and welcoming and helped me sort parking and find out where we need to go! Overall really impressed with the entire visit!

I can't praise or thank the team at Urgent Care enough. The Nurses who treated the nasty burns on my foot over several visits were so skilled and kind that my foot has almost recovered. I'm really grateful to them.

Went for a colonoscopy staff were kind caring and made me feel at ease. Explained everything to me not felt rushed

Reception staff, nurse and Doctor were all fabulous. However, a sample of urine was taken within 10 minutes of my arrival. I then waited for four hours to be told that I did not have an infection. Surely a nurse or auxiliary could have called me to one side And explain this to me with any minutes of the test being done.
