Rated 5 stars out of 5

I attended the minor injury unit after a fall and damage to my knee and leg. Reception was very friendly and caring, got Triaged within 5 minutes, and seen by a doctor within the hour. Doctor was very friendly and reassuring too. Very good experience. Thank you.

I had stood on a rusty nail on the beach and thought I would need a tetanus jab. All the staff at MIU were lovely, helpful and all systems worked well. Pleasant environment. Well done and thank you

Review titled The extra mile
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Sue - Posted on 14 April 2024
I was asked by treliske to have a new xray done locally at short notice ahead of my orthopaedic clinic appointment. Frustrating attempt at this with bodmin xray dept as I hadn’t been given a referral number and they refused to book an X-ray for me. Tried newquay xray next and the 2 ladies I dealt with were superb. Same referral number issue, but here they cheerfully took my number, sorted it out with treliske, and rang me back with an appointment for the following week, all within an hour. Ironically, they weren’t able to fit me in at newquay and she made my booking for bodmin! That’s what I call great service, and these ladies certainly went the extra mile. Thank you!

Review titled Very disappointed
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 14 January 2023
After being told to visit after speaking to the 111 team, I was extremely disappointed, I couldn't talk properly due to a chunck of my tounge hanging off due to a seizure, the nurse couldn't understand me talking to her she didn't do my blood pressure ect and just walked out the room. I explained that I can not drink or eat, or take tablets due to how painfull my tongue was, but they just said that they cant do anything, I have a literal piece of my tongue hanging off and won't be able to eat or drink for 3days+. I can't believe that they have left me like this. Very Disappointed
