Met some wonderful staff that were kind, caring and really took the time to ensure my wife felt comfortable when delivering our first born. Time and patience are rare to find these days but you can find them with the staff at Blakeney ward.

Vascular procedure carried out at Arthur South Day Unit. Excellent experience with professional,friendly and efficient staff and process both on the day and the pre op assessment prior. Thank you all.

i was in the childrens ed for problems considering my mental health. i belive that due to the fact i told the nurses i did not feel safe at home, they thought it would be okay to leave me unstable and unaware of what was happening with my care for 5 hours. at the time of my arrival, i was in need of urgent support, which i did not receive. they prioritesed many other people before me, which yes i understand some people may have larger problems, however i dont appreciate being almost completely ignored for 4 hours out of my 5 hour stay. i was only allowed home due to the fact i was complaining.

Professional , efficient and caring service delivery from cardiology department. Booked in quickly and exploratory surgery completed with minimum of fuss. Excellent team of professional workers

Sent in by GP with chronic abdominal pains. Staff were lovely and very efficient. Was passed seamlessly from admin to triage to Registrar to tests with clear explanations at each stage. Everything was spotless. Was then phoned within 48hrs with appt for further tests. Cannot fault the system and response times. All very professional and all staff very cheerful snd caring.

I visited A&E because I was experiencing a problem with my penis (though not an STD) and was unable to book an urgent GP or Practice Nurse appointment. I went to A&E on a Sunday. Few patients were there - no more than 10. Triage was quick. I saw a doctor within 20 minutes. Diagnosis prompt and well explained. Interim treatment good but - and here is the potential downside - I may need an operation. Not good news given current waiting lists. Let's hope my GP is updated by the NHS/Hospital IT system.

The skill and professionalism of the department is second to none. I have bilateral Diabetic Macular Oedema and had a follow up appointment following a recent injection. I arrived on time and was seen shortly after arrival for initial checks. the wait for the consultant after this was less than 30 minutes so very acceptable. Thank you for your care.
