I underwent an Arthroscopic subacromial decompression and Limited less than 2cm tear rotator cuff repair (including Arthroscopic procedures in glenohumeral joint) and Arthroscopic artholysis of shoulder contraction at the Day Unit. The hospital was very welcoming and clean. All staff were friendly caring and attentive. Very good and thorough explanations were given by staff and Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon. Felt very confident that my health and surgery was in good hands.

I was treated with respect and care from all the staff I encountered. Everything was explained clearly at each step of the procedure, and the whole experience was made as easy as possible.

Yesterday was the third time I have received surgery at North Downs. 2 replacement knees and now surgery on my left thumb. the staff could not have been more caring and patient. I have been very fortunate to have been able to select this hospital. NHS

My third surgical visit to North Downs and the same excellent care. From entry to exit, the staff were fantastic, professional, efficient and friendly. All the facilities, my room etc were spotless and very comfortable. Care throughout was exemplary. Nothing to fault. Thank you and keep up the great work.

I was lucky as an NHS patient to be referred to North Downs for a total hip replacement. From the moment l arrived l was met with kindness and professionalism. All staff introduced themselves and explained everything needed to me, and although l was nervous l was put at ease. My room was spotlessly clean. Everyone working at North Downs are to be congratulated.

My partner tore his meniscus and from the moment we were referred to North Downs the service has been exceptional. From the prompt appointments to the welcoming staff we could no have been happier with the service. On operation day the staff were all warm and welcoming, they couldn't do anything more for us. The anaesthetist really put my partner at ease before the surgery, the surgeon has been constantly supportive and explained everything before it happened, the nurses were lovely and happy. Just all in all the hospital and staff deserve a huge respect and round of applause. Thank you.

All staff members were friendly; including reception and hospitality members, who were very entertaining! The nurses specifically listened to my concerns, and offered great reassurance before I underwent the treatment. The medical staff were excellent in explaining my procedure and possible outcomes. I felt that my treatment and stay at North Downs Hospital was important to the medical staff.

Really professional care from each and every member of staff who I came in contact with from the consultant, sonographer day surgery nurses, and theatre nurses. Well done I could mention each and everyone of you,but this is not allowed.
